Normally breakfast is already included in your hotel. But you may try some local restaurants for lunch and dinner. Find some good bar and restaurant is very easy in Nusa Dua area, Kuta and Seminyak area, Jimbaran, Sanur, Ubud, Candidasa, Lovina and Denpasar area.
Some hotels provid Spa treatment. But there's a list of local Spa out there with a professional Balinese treatment.
Where to go for night life in Bali? Not hard to answer! Kuta dan Seminyak area is the first choice. Some recommended bar and Night Club you may find also in Sanur, Ubud, Lovina and Candidasa as well. All taxi drivers know where to bring you for this kind of plan.
